Why We Do It:
Most of us have experienced a dirty grill when renting a property. Not only can a dirty grill cause a grill fire, but it can also ruin your guests' outdoor cooking plans with their friends and family. GRILLCheck LBI prevents that by regularly cleaning the grill between each guest stay. This ensures guests will never have a dirty grill. If, for some reason, they do, your guests can call their agent, who will then contact us directly, and we’ll handle it. If an agency isn’t involved, please provide our number in your House Instruction Book. If we need to provide additional service, we will always contact you before any action is taken.
What We Do:
CLEANCheck
We don’t just clean the grates, empty the grease trap, and wipe the outside down! We take the grill apart and scrape/wipe it out from the bottom up including the base of the grill, the main grease and debris tray, grease trap, burners, diffusers, and then the grates. Finally, we give the outside of the grill a quick cleaning.
EMERGENCYCheck
We’ll service your grill as soon as possible depending on weather, traffic, flooding and availability.
SEASON/FULLCheck
Perform a season start-up or first full cleaning to ensure your grill is fully cleaned and ready to grill. This can take an hour or more per grill, depending on how dirty it is.
GRILLReplace
We will help facilitate the replacement of your old grill and setup a new one. Call for pricing.
What We Use:
Nylon Brushes and Spatulas. Degreasers and water. Stainless Steel Cleaner. Floor blankets to contain debris.
How Often We Do It:
It’s best that we service your grill weekly so you and your tenants never have to worry about it.
When We Do It:
Seven Days a Week. 10:00 am to 4:30 pm so that we minimize any disturbance to your tenants. The average service takes around 30 minutes. There is no need for anyone to be home or setup a specific cleaning day or time unless we have to access the house to get to the grill or you would prefer a set day and time. First Come, First Served.
How We Bill & How You Pay:
All services are billed and due immediately after service is completed.
Payment can be made via Venmo, Zelle , and by Check.
