Why We Do It

Most of us have experienced a dirty grill when renting a property. Not only can a dirty grill cause a grill fire, but it can ruin your guests outdoor cooking plans with their family and friends and grill complaints are considerably higher than you might think. For those who use propane tanks, they never fail to run out right in the middle of grilling. GRILLCheck LBI prevents this by regularly cleaning the grill along with checking and replacing low tanks weekly for each guest stay. This ensures guests should never have a dirty grill or empty tank. If for some reason they do, your guests can call their agent who will then contact us and we’ll advise you and then handle it.

What We Do

We don’t just clean the grates, empty the grease trap and wipe the outside down! We take the grill apart and scrape/wipe it out from the bottom up including the base of the grill, the main grease and debris tray, grease trap, burners, diffusers and then the grates. Finally, we give the outside of the grill a good cleaning. For stainless steel grill owners, we do our best to take care of the inventible rust spots, but if they are excessive, we’ll dedicate time to remove as much as possible for an additional fee. We use brushes, stainless steel scrubbers and spatulas, degreasers and water, stainless steel cleaner and floor blankets to contain debris.

It’s best we service your grill weekly so that you and your guests don’t have to worry about the grill, however, it should be cleaned and checked bi-weekly at the very least. There is no need for anyone to be home unless we need to access the house to get to the grill. We’ll coordinate this with you and your agent.

We will also provide and/or replace the Grill Brush, Spatula, Tongs and/or Fork, at cost, if needed.
